Decent travel bag, minor issue
I bought a Wheeled Duffel for an upcoming trip. The bag itself is quite spacious and the wheels roll smoothly, which is a big plus. However, the zipper on one of the side pockets felt a bit stiff right out of the box, not a deal-breaker but it needs a bit of effort. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, reached Delhi in 5 days. Customer service was responsive when I had a query about tracking. Overall, a good purchase but that zipper could be better.
